Refund and Cancellation Policies of PCMag1

  • At PCMag1, we are committed to providing timely delivery of our products and services, typically within a few minutes to 24 hours. However, please allow up to 24 hours for us to respond and initiate service. If you do not receive a response within this timeframe, you may choose to cancel your order.

Cancellation Terms:

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided we have not yet delivered the product or service.
  • If we have delivered the product or service shortly after your order, you may request a cancellation and refund only after 2 hours have passed.

Refund Conditions:

  • If you cancel your order within 24 hours and we have not delivered the service or product, you will receive a full refund within 24 hours of your cancellation request.
  • If you cancel after 24 hours, a deduction of 20% of the total amount will be applied to your refund.
  • For orders exceeding $10, a fixed deduction of $5 will be applied regardless of the cancellation timing.
  • Dissatisfaction Policy:
  • If you are dissatisfied with the software services ordered, you may request a refund within 7 days of your order. We cannot process refunds for requests made more than 7 days after the order date unless there is an issue with the installed software or application. In such cases, proof of the issue will be required.
  • How to Request a Refund:
  • To initiate a refund, please send an email to pcmaghelp@gmail.com. Our team will respond to your request within 24 hours. Once your refund request is approved, we will submit it to our Payment Gateway. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your credit card statement.
